Our emergency call-out fee is £200, covering site attendance, damage assessment, and making the sign safe. Repair or replacement work is quoted separately once the site is safe.

We prioritise storm-damage call-outs and aim to attend the same day or next day depending on your location within Wirral, Liverpool, or Chester.

Question 3

Do you deal with insurance claims for storm-damaged signs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We photograph all damage on-site as standard, giving you the evidence your insurer needs to support your claim, and we can quote for the repair or replacement work once you're ready.

Question 4

What happens to my damaged sign after it's removed?

We'll ask on-site whether you'd like us to take the sign away or leave it with you. If it's part of an insurance claim, we recommend keeping it (or the photos) until your claim is settled.

Do you only do emergency repairs, or full sign replacement too?

Both. The emergency call-out covers making the sign safe. If you need a full repair or replacement afterwards, we'll quote for that separately and schedule it in.
