TBC Conversions are one of the UK and Ireland's leading mobility vehicle conversion companies, based at Brunel Road in Bromborough. They convert VW Caddys into wheelchair accessible vehicles for Motability scheme customers — and every vehicle that leaves their workshop needs to look the part before it goes anywhere.
We've been fitting the cut vinyl graphics to their brand new Caddys on site at their Bromborough workshop. White and blue cut vinyl — TBC Conversions logo, Volkswagen Caddy branding, website URL and a QR code on the bonnet. Clean, precise and applied to a perfect black factory finish.
These aren't vans going into daily service. They're going straight from the workshop to mobility shows across the UK — events where TBC Conversions are on display to potential customers, demonstrating their converted vehicles. After the show the vehicles go straight to their new owners.
That means the graphics have to be immaculate. No bubbles, no lifting edges, no misaligned elements. And it has to be done on time — these vehicles are often leaving the same day.
